boundaries list

• very sensitive to these things:
  • horror media, sharp things like vaccines, knives, or anything that hurts. i'm also afraid of jump scares or loud sounds/audio.
• i have frequent outbursts of anger and can be very self-critical. i try to control it, but sometimes, due to life circumstances, i get like that. besides, I'm very shy.
